Initiate Request
Visit our 'Returns Center' and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags intact, to qualify for a successful pickup.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a confirmation receipt upon handover.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
